I swear, I'm not trying to ignore you, I've just been really busy. I've had tests, I've had field trips, I've had birthdays, I've had a bake sale! Actually, that one was only yesterday. And I've had Doctor Who. Gotta have Doctor Who. I'll post the book reference soon, I promise. Also, as of now, I have no schedule for uploading, I'll just try and post twice a week. Also, it(my posting) may(probably) get less consistent, because my friend and I are starting a YouTube channel(I'll post the link if you comment you want it). On top of this, I took on 2 big writing projects(again, details if you comment) within 2 weeks of each other, and my own version of NaNoWriMo(check out Go Teen Writers for more info). So yeah. Again, apologies. I have no idea how Penny does this.

Hello people(man I need an intro),

Sorry for no posts. It's been the holidays!!! And then I had stuff due. So sorry about that. How are you all? It's labour day on Monday!!! Or, at least it is in NZ. I have some stuff lined up for you. And I might post a couple of things this week, but don't hold me to it unless you email me. So be on the lookout! Now that's out of the way, I'd like to know what you guys did over your last holidays? Should that have a question mark? Anyways, what did you do? Unlike some people, I haven't been building houses over my holidays, but, I did do some writing. Unfortunately, not this, but ya win some ya lose some.

Quick Rundown: This book is about a girl called Rory Vaughn, and she uses the decision making app Lux in day to day life, just like everybody else. And she knows that the key to a healthy, happy life is following what Lux recommends. As we find out in the first scene, Rory gets accepted into the prestigious boarding school, Theden Academy. When this happens happiness and health is all but confirmed, especially as this school means you get an automatic go-pas. Until she meets North, a handsome townie who doesn’t use Lux, and begins to fall for him and his estranged way of life. Soon after, Rory begins to make her own decisions, and use her intuition instead of Lux- which leads her to uncover a truth no one saw coming.

How this book ties into my reference: This book has 1 sentence with either the HiFi or the LiFi in it, and it’s one sentence about using WiFi instead HiFi/Lifi that remember, even though I can’t remember which one.

Recommendation of the Week

So this week I was gonna do one of my favourite books, but I then discovered today while I was home sick, a blog for Teen Writers. Is that awesome or what? And it’s so interesting. They have heaps of good articles, and have lots of tips about both writing and a few on getting published. I’ve already saved 35 of their posts, and they’re really educational. The Woahs of WiFi

Hello Everyone,

I know many of you have already experienced the joy of having WiFi in your home. My WiFi arrived on Friday(so why I posted ‘The Woes of WiFi I have no idea)!  But there’s more story behind it. So when I got home from school on Friday we had WiFi. “Yay(🙌)!” But even though the internet was working, our phone wasn’t. And then I started watching youtube. Because that’s the first thing you do when you get WiFi. Watch youtube. And then we were having dinner. And in the middle of this our neighbor came over and said, “My phone isn’t working.” So she stayed for half an hour. So, the next day, the Banana man came over. Note: these are fake names. A quick explanation, even though we were switching to Chocolate, Chocolate runs on Banana lines, but we used to be with Vanilla, and they own half the lines and Banana own the other half. No one who has owned our house has used the Banana lines in a while, so when they came to house Banana found that our phone box was too outdated, so the man went and bought a replacement, and then our phone worked too(😀). And then I watched more youtube. And then Mum said, “Now kids, understand, this is an adults only box(the WiFi box), and if you turn it on, you will lose all your computer for that day.”

So, unlike all my friends, I still get a lousy 30 minutes an evening, but hopefully I’ll get more time in the weekend.

On a side note, I’ve also changed my phone number, which I’ve had my whole life.

The Woes of WiFi

Hello,

I would say everyone, but the whole reason behind this post is that I don’t have an everyone. Aka a huge fanbase. I’m sure there are some people who read this, and I’m happy you do(although I doubt it), but I feel entitled to a slight whine. My WiFi still hasn’t arrived! And I understand it’ll be outdated by the LiFi or HiFi or something similar, but I just want to be able to post in the weekends! The one thing I find really annoying though, is that everyone almost always says in reply to, ‘I don’t have WiFi’, ‘How do you do your homework? How do you get on the internet? How do you do anything?’

People! The internet was invented long before WiFi. Internet streams into one thing, generally a computer, but WiFi lets lots of devices acess this service.

This is the only difference!

The Art of Procrastination

Hello again,

Just a quick explanation on why there’s been no posts recently. I still don’t have wifi, and I was sick on Monday, forgot to write this on Tuesday, procrastinated on Wednesday, and then today, said I would do this at lunch, and was then told that kissanime is back up, meaning I would have to watch Free!, and then I was told that actually had to do a catch-up session in Fashion instead. So I’m now writing this in science, where we had a test, and I’ve finished with 20 minutes left in the period, so I’m writing this now, and will hopefully get it posted too.

So today’s post is about procrastination.

Quick rundown, whenever you say, ‘I’ll do it later,’ or, ‘I’ll just do this first,’ that is procrastination. If Lilly Moscovitz said, ‘I’m not gonna film this week's episode of ‘Lilly tells it like it is’ yet because Baywatch is about to be on,’ again, procrastination. And you can do procrastination with your parents(I’ll clean my room later! *shuffles over to phone, and gets friend to bail them out*), or to yourself, like the 2 examples above. So pretty much, try not to procrastinate. That, or set your priorities before-hand.

This is my blog(as you can probably tell). On this blog I will be putting posts(obviously), book references, rules of grammar, and arts of(doing things), not necessarily in that order.
